The HEADS KNOW FUND is a foundation run by New York City-based party and platform HEADS KNOW.

PURPOSE

In the spirit of HEADS KNOW’s values and mission, the HEADS KNOW FUND will distribute grants to:

  • Underground electronic music and hip-hop pioneers who are in urgent financial need of aid due to medical bills, natural disasters, or other emergencies

  • Freelance culture journalists who need of monetary assistance to complete an assignment

  • Independent promoters that have either incurred a loss while throwing an event or will be hosting a party to raise funds for a charitable cause

FUNDRAISING METHODOLOGY

The HEADS KNOW FUND will raise money by:

  • Allocating a percentage of the profits from any HEADS KNOW-related venture, including events, sponsorships, merchandise, and more

  • HEADS KNOW music releases

  • Collecting donations via Paypal

FUND DISTRIBUTION

The HEADS KNOW FUND will choose awardees on an as needed basis, seeking new opportunities to distribute funds via:

  • Grant application submissions

  • Crowdfunding campaign launches

  • Community outreach and research
